Q: What is the cost of your services?

A: There is a one-time setup fee. We then charge a percentage of all the money collected within the month in addition to any other agreed-upon fees.


Q: Do I have to purchase billing software?

A: No. We currently use eTHOMAS Software.


Q: Will my staff be able to keep track of patient balances?

A: Yes. Office staff can be given access to our billing system to view patient accounts.


Q: Who will discuss billing issues with patients?

A: Our services include resolving billing issues with patients.


Q: How do I know what is being collected from the insurance companies?

A: Standard monthly reports are provided with your invoice. Additional reports are available upon request.


.Q: We already have practice management software with a billing module. Can we use that?

A: Yes. We can utilize your existing software.
